💌 Shipping & Delivery
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on its way so you can look forward to its arrival.
If you order before 11am Monday to Friday we will ship your box the same day.
Orders placed after these times will leave us the next working day.
We will always do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated, however, please note there are occasions where factors outside of our control can affect delivery, such as courier strikes, bank holidays, and Christmas delays.
International orders can take up to 14 days to arrive.
Some countries have been known to take between 2+ weeks to clear customs. This does not warrant a refund. Should your order be delayed in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer to make contact with these authorities.
Any items shipped overseas and incurring any customs charges due to the price or nature of the product will be payable by the recipient and we can not be held responsible. Custom fees can vary greatly and are determined by the customs authorities in the recipient’s country. These fees are unpredictable and differ with each shipment.
When we have shipped your orders you will be sent a despatch confirmation email, these can sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk folders by your email provider. If you are unable to find a confirmation email please contact us and let us know.

Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
📄 Order
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your Luxury Turbo tracking page.
Please log into your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to the ‘Track Order’ link.
We want everything to arrive as fine as we send it, we understand that things do unfortunately get damaged in the postage process. If your items arrive damaged, please do email us at support@luxuryturbocars.com with supporting images and as much information as possible, so we can get a replacement sent. Please do not dispose of any damaged items until a resolution has been made.
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, but we can help you with your order if you send a ticket or contact us through our available contact channels.
If you have received a dispatch confirmation email then we have already fulfilled your order and will be unable to change the address. If the address is incorrect and the order has been processed and dispatched, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us. We will then we will be in touch to get it shipped back out to the correct address. There will be an additional postage charge to send the box out a second time. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible if you have entered an address incorrectly, it is down to the customer to make sure they check the details.
Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us.
If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
Please visit our contact page here within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide your order number with your inquiry.
↩️ Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds on sale items unless they are faulty.
If your product does not work or it has been damaged, we are happy to arrange a refund, providing you fall within our refund policy.
Our refund policy is 28 days, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Please note: you should only do this once you have contacted us first at support@luxuryturbocars.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days (this depends on your individual bank).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
You should then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this is unsuccessful then you should contact your bank as there is often additional processing time before a refund is posted.

and we will be more than happy to check to make sure it has been processed correctly.
💰 Payments
You will only be charged for what you purchased. If you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days until the issue falls off and gets rectified automatically. However, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us via our Contact Us page with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.
We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay, Discover, and Paypal. If you are an international consumer, we also accept local payment providers. You’ll see this list when you visit our checkout page.
🎟️ Discount Codes
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we are unable to add the discount code.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
