Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for lost/damaged items that may occur during transit. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address, once proof of delivery is provided, we are no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your package. 

International Policy

Most international orders do incur customs fees upon arrival to the destination, customers will be contacted via the shipping service to pay these dues in order to receive the package.

We are not responsible for any custom fees upon arrival. 

Some countries have been known to take between 2+ weeks to clear customs. This does not warrant a refund. Should your order be delayed in customs, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to make contact with these authorities. 

SALES INFORMATION 

All orders once placed are FINAL. This also includes charges from direct debits with reoccurring subscriptions. Should you want to cancel, this must be done before the next date of payment is taken out. Please READ the shipping information before purchasing. We do not have a cancellation notice period, any payment taken out is final and will not warrant a refund.
