Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

5. Return Process

  • If the refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Luxury Turbo Cars will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Unauthorized returns or products sent back without prior instructions will not be accepted.

6. Refund Procedure

  • Once the product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Damage caused by improper use or incorrect installation.
